I have a picky 3 year old, not so sure how much is picky and how much is the typical power hungry 3 year old temperament. Kale is the only veggie he will gobble up. This book is well written, easy to understand everything and a quick read. Nice and short for the busy mom, dad or anyone feeding a child. It is nice to know that I am doing good getting my little guy nutrition he needs. This book lays out the guidelines as to how much sugar, salt, calcium, iron and more that kids of different age groups need in their daily consumption. I have started using a compartment plate and offering our little guy his food one thing in each compartment and that seems to be working great this morning.
This book is amazing and I especially recommend this to anyone with a picky eater.
